Regional carrier Jetair Caribbean has launched its newest route in the region.
The Curacao-based carrier has added its sixth destination, kicking off new service between Curacao and Paramaribo, Suriname.
Jetair is operating the route once each week, with service on Tuesdays.
The flights are operated on 80-seat Fokker 70 aircraft.
“This new Jetair route will allow for more tourists from Suriname to come and experience the unique product Curaçao has to offer, while at the same time expanding the travel options available to locals,” the Curacao Hotel and Tourism Association said in a statement.
