This Turks and Caicos Resort Has Its Own Pre-Travel Concierge
To help travelers navigate the increasingly complicated world of pandemic travel, one Turks and Caicos resort has added its own pre-travel concierge service.
Turks and Caicos’ Ocean Club Resorts has launched pre-travel concierge service to help guests in the process of meeting testing requirements, insurance needs and answer any other questions.
“Our team has worked hard to provide an uninterrupted paradise escape for guests while adhering to new travel protocols as they are introduced,” said Wilbert Mason, managing director of Ocean Club Resorts. “With the support of the surrounding restaurants, tour operators, and all who live and work on Providenciales, we have been able to maintain a secluded, well-protected destination for travelers to immerse themselves in to decompress from the past year.”
The property has also launched onsite PCR testing, with results provided with 48 hours, to help travelers meet the CDC requirements for return travel.
It’s part of a broader list of new amenities at the property, including free breakfast for guests throughout their stay.
Turks and Caicos has been open for tourism since last summer.
