Turks and Caicos’ Beach Enclave has expanded with a brand-new villa resort on Grace Bay, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The new Beach Enclave Grace Bay, the first new-build resort on Grace Bay Beach in more than a decade, launched its soft opening this week.
The luxury property is comprised of 10 standalone villas, all with beachfront and ocean views – with each villa boasting at least 100 feet of beachfront.
The project, designed by SWA Architects with interiors by Domino Creative, will hold its grand opening early in 2021.
“Space and privacy are the new luxury,” said Beach Enclave Founder and CEO Vasco Borges. “Our unique villa-resort concept caters to discerning travelers who seek a tranquil, secluded sanctuary yet appreciate bespoke services and amenities such as our exclusive runway-to-villa service and our dedicated personal butlers. We are eager to welcome our first guests this winter to experience our newest offering, all with the warm hospitality and attentive service that has become synonymous with the Beach Enclave brand.”
Guests and residents at Beach Enclave Grace Bay will have resort amenities and services on call, from in-villa spa services to butler service to on-site basketball, tennis and bocce courts, along with a kids club.
Beach Enclave Grace Bay joins the company’s existing Beach Enclave Long Bay villa resort, which opened in November 2018 and Beach Enclave North Shore, which opened in 2016.
All 10 of the units have already been sold; Beach Enclave is still expanding in Turks and Caicos, however, with real estate opportunities at developments including Beach Enclave Long Bay and an expansion at Beach Enclave North Shore.
In 2022, The Club at Beach Enclave Long Bay will launch with 26 new club residences.
