Sunwing Launches New Flights to Mazatlan, Mexico
Canada’s Sunwing has launched its first-ever flights from Quebec City to Mazatlan in Mexico.
Sunwing is running the new flights weekly on Tuesdays, from now through April 14, 2020.
It’s another new route for what is one of the hottest destinations in Mexico, particularly for Canadian travelers.
“We are excited to be offering travellers in the provincial capital with even more ways to Vacation Better down south this winter. We’re sure that Mazatlán’s colonial charm, beautiful beaches and top-rated resorts will make it a favourite amongst sun-seekers looking for a winter escape.”
Mazatlan, dubbed the “Pearl of the Pacific,” has a diverse offering from beautiful beaches to historic architecture.
We are delighted that Sunwing is adding a new non-stop destination to its winter offering from [Quebec City],” said Stéphane Poirier, President and CEO of Quebec City’s YQB airport. “We’re certain that travelers in the greater Quebec City area will take advantage of this new flight service and we appreciate Sunwing’s trust in our market and their commitment to improve and expand their winter flight services at YQB. This addition responds to a demand from the public and is in line with our goal of offering more options to Quebec travelers.”
