One of the Caribbean’s most celebrated restaurants has completed its comeback from Hurricane Irma.

Le Pressoir, set in the heart of the culinary hotspot of Grand Case in St Martin, has officially reopened its doors.

The new Le Pressoir is being stewarded by executive chef, Alexis Chauvreau, who served as sous chef for former Le Pressoir Chef Franck Mear for several years.

The completely renovated eatery has preserved its Creole charm, with a bright, airy look and a new prix-fixe menu that includes a starter, a main course and a dessert.

What hasn’t changed? The outstanding wine list.

That menu will change every two weeks, according to the eatery.

Even better? Le Pressoir has also opened an adjacent cigar and rum bar next door called La Part Des Anges.

Le Pressoir was named the number one restaurant in the Caribbean by Caribbean Journal in 2016.
