Superbowl Sunday’s almost here, and St. Thomas’ Bolongo Bay Beach Resort is celebrating the 50th installment of the football competition with not one but two limited-edition cocktails.

Both festive libations feature the U.S. Virgin Islands’ famous Cruzan brand of flavored rum. They’ll be served at Iggie’s Beach Bar and Grill, the popular watering hole at the family-run resort, where owner Richard Doumeng boldly offers his own prediction for the outcome of the big game:

“Peyton starts, falters and Osweiler enters. Leads a comeback that falls just short. Panthers win!”

We won’t know until Sunday night whether the hotelier’s predictions hold true. But in the meantime, we’ll kick back with one these cocktails and a bowl of nachos …
