Starwood’s new Four Points by Sheraton Cancun Centro officially opened its doors late last month, the company said.

The 112-room property (which includes four junior suites), has a rooftop pool and 3,000 square feet of event space.

It’s the latest Four Points property to debut in the region, following the openings of Four Points properties in Bogota and Barranquilla in 2014.

The hotel is located in the business and healthcare corridor of Cancun, and includes a restaurant called The Eatery.

Starwood is planning more Four Points properties in the Latin America and Caribbean region in 2015, including openings planned in Paraguay, Mexico and Peru.

It may even join the best Cancun hotels.
