Las Brisas Hotel Collection has debuted its newest property, the NIZUC Resort & Spa in Punta Nizuc in the Riviera Maya.

Cuisine will be a major focus for the resort, with six restaurants led by Executive Chef Vincent Wallez.

“Our real focus is on creating an innovative culinary experience that sets us apart from other resorts in the area,” Wallez said. “At NIZUC, our guests will be able to truly enjoy fine dining in a variety of settings and with a vast array of flavors all under one roof.”

The eateries will include Ramona, Terra Nostra, Punta Grill & Lounge, Cafe de La Playa and Indochine.

“Our diverse lineup of restaurants will leave our guests feeling like they have travelled not only to Mexico but around the world,” he said. “We want to offer a true gastronomic experience, and our culinary offerings are among some of the best in the country and the world.”

Las Brisas Hotel Collection is based in Mexico City and boasts some of the top Riviera Maya resorts.
