Hilton Is Adding An Adults-Only All-Inclusive in Cancun
All-inclusive is the biggest thing in travel right now, with just about every major hotel brand making a big push into the space, from Marriott to Hyatt to Wyndham. But one of the biggest players in the Caribbean in recent years has been Hilton, which has now announced plans for another all-inclusive in the wider region.
So where is it? Cancun, one of the Caribbean’s most popular hotel development destinations. It’s called The Sens Cancun Adults-Only All-Inclusive Resort, Tapestry By Hilton, and the plan is for it to open in 2026.
The hotel, set within the Cancun Hotel Zone, will be set on Playa Langosta. It’s a transformation of the existing “The Sens” resort, which is part of the Oasis hotel portfolio.
Oasis, which owns the property, will continue to manage the resort as well under the Hilton brand, Hilton confirmed to Caribbean Journal.
Hilton says the new-look resort will feature a rooftop bar and restaurant, nine different dining concepts and a transformatio of all guest rooms.
It’s not clear if the resort will be keeping its iconic in-the-water hammocks, but here’s hoping.
Hilton already has 15 all-inclusive resorts in Mexico alone, from the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya (in arguably the fastest-growing destination in the whole country right now) to the Hilton Cancun Mar, which was itself a transformation of the former Royal Uno resort.
