A New Resort-Within-a-Resort at This Jamaica All-Inclusive
Upgraded amenities. Private pool access. L’Occitane amenities. Even free laundry. The venerable Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton in Jamaica is upping the ante with a new resort-within-a-resort concept.
They call it The Signature Level, and it’s opening its new enclave at the Montego Bay-area resort on Nov. 1, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The Signature Level is similar to other “preferred club”-style concepts at other all-inclusives, with the emphasis on upping the inclusions.
That means a special check-in area (and special wristbands). You also get access to a private pool with its own pool concierge and waiter service.
There’s also a private check-in and check-out lounge, with things like specialty coffee, snacks and drinks. You also get entry to the resort’s Coral Pool and Bar.
In the room, you’ll get L’Occitane bath products; an upgraded minibar, evening turn down and a free laundry service per stay.
So what else do you get?
Signature Level travelers also get priority reservations, free access to bingo shows, and access to the hydrotherapy circuit at the property’s Zentropia spa (that’s along with a discount on spa services and champagne menus).
So what about the cost?
For a sample itinerary in the second week of November, a Signature Level junior suite is priced at about $2755.21 for a week. You can book here.
CJ Expert Take: This is a cool addition for Palladium, which is adding some extra the luxury to one of its signature Caribbean resorts. The trend in all-inclusive is definitely going toward these kinds of exclusive, special-access hotel levels (like another one of our Montego Bay-area favorites), and the creation of the Signature Level makes a lot of sense.
