This Top Caribbean Resort Now Has Pickleball

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - April 7, 2023

It’s the fastest-growing sport in America, and now pickleball has found its way to another island in the Caribbean: Nevis.

The island’s top luxury resort, the Four Seasons Resort Nevis, has debuted four new pickleball courts overlooking Nevis Peak.

The resort’s new pickleball program is now led by Ignacio “Nacho” Salom, the property’s director of racquet sports.

Guests who stay through the resort’s Live Like a Local package will also have the opportunity to play one group pickleball tournament during their stay.

The courts were built by Agile Courts.

It’s part of a growing pickleball offering in the wider Caribbean, one anchored in Antigua by the Elite Island Resort portfolio, the region’s pickleball pioneers
