This Bahamas Private Island Near Exuma Just Listed for $1.5M
When you have 700 islands and cays, you’re bound to have some private islands on the market. And in the post-pandemic period, The Bahamas has been the epicenter of the Caribbean private island market, with activity not really slowing down in the last five years.
Now, another private island just hit the market, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned.
It’s called Big Bullard Cay, and it’s just been listed by HG Christie for $1.5 million.
It’s a great location — about 400 feet off the coast of Great Exuma, itself one of the most sought-after real estate spots in The Bahamas right now.
The listing comes with access available for a lot on Deadman’s Cay.
One caveat: the island has 96 acres for sale — the rest will remain Crown Land.
