This Marriott in Costa Rica Has a New Resort-Within-a-Resort

The 121-suite hotel, which is part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, has added a new resort-within-a-resort concept called El Mangroove, Autograph Collection Residences.
The new residences are set within the 17-acre property, with design by Garnier Arquitectos and Ronald Zürcher and a collection of three and four-bedroom villas with private pools, outdoor decks, barbed areas and state-of-the-art kitchens.
Every villa is outfitted with locally-sourced furniture, expansive outdoor spaces and an indoor-outdoor concept.
So what do they cost?
If you’re booking between Jan. 3 and Aug. 12, 2025, rates start at $1,130 per night for a two-bedroom villa, $1,630 per night for a three-bedroom and $2,130 per night for the four-bedroom.
