This Caribbean Six-Star Luxury Resort Just Launched Fractional Ownership
Those striking infinity plunge pools. The indoor-outdoor villas. The personalized concierges. The secluded, dreamy beach.
It’s one of the greatest luxury resorts in the hemisphere: Secret Bay, the spectacular villa resort in the north of Dominica, the six-star resort that single-handedly put Dominica on the map of luxury travelers.
Over the last few years, the property has been expanding into the residential real estate space, first with a series of luxe villas with signature plunge pools.
Now, it’s changing the luxury real estate game again with a unique fractional ownership model.
The new program lets buyers purchase a real ownership share in its two $4.5 million multi-villa estates, each comprising a Clifftop Zabuco Villa and Ti-Fey Villa.
Each estate has a pair of villas: one being the 3,338-square-foot one-bedroom iconic Zabuco Villa, and the two-story luxury treehouse Ti-Fey Villa, with 1.5 bedrooms and two bathrooms and a more family-friendly layout.
You also get all of Secret Bay’s amenities: the Zing Zing restaurant, the treetop Gommier Spa; the riverside wellness pavilion; the beachfront bar; and even the property’s on-site microbrewery. And did we mention the Caribbean’s longest funicular?
A fractional gives you two weeks of stay: one week in the Zabuco Villa and another week in the Ti-Fey Villa, both set with incredible views 200 feet above sea level.
You can acquire anywhere from two to 10 weeks, ranging from $216,000 to $1 million, with no annual fees. It also includes membership to ThirdHome and, most interestingly, the opportunity to qualify for second citizenship as part of Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment program.
It’s a “unique blend of luxury, unparalleled flexibility, and investment value, providing real ownership, return potential, and the option for second citizenship,” Secret Bay owner Gregor Nassief told Caribbean Journal. “It’s a one-of-a-kind ownership opportunity.”
The citizenship option has become particularly compelling for potential buyers, Secret Bay sales director Marvlyn James told CJ.
“There’s a growing demand for second citizenship, particularly among those seeking safety, security and a ‘plan B,” she said.
Secret Bay has already been solidifying itself as a premier real estate destination, having already eclipsed the island’s record for the largest residential sale at $7.1 million.
