Star personal trainers. Expert yogis. Mindset training. Sound baths. Sunset spinning.

There isn’t quite anything like Grand Cayman’s annual Seafire Wellness Festival, which is back for its fourth edition this year at the Kimpton Seafire and Hotel Indigo resorts.

This year’s event, which runs Oct. 31-Nov. 3, is features an all-star lineup of wellness experts, fro personal trainer Heather Robertson to Strala Yoga founder Tara Stiles and Donato Helbling, a world-renowned expert on breathing techniques, cold exposure and mindset training.

It’s the premier wellness-focused festival in the Caribbean, with a long weekend with a full slate of programming for every facet of the wellness experience.

The schedule teems with fascinating events: paddleboard yoga, puppy play, seaweed sea baths, a twilight floating sound bath, a beachfront core workout and a wellness dinner, among others.

There’s even a class on making craft mocktails.

The event is spread across the Kimpton Seafire and the new Hotel Indigo, a hotel we were seriously impressed by when we stayed in Grand Cayman last month.

“Our Wellness Festival is not just an event; it’s a transformative journey,” says Virgil Napier, Area Director of Sales & Marketing for both properties. “This year, we’re excited to expand the festival across both Kimpton Seafire and Hotel Indigo, offering a rich array of wellness experiences that cater to every guest. Our vision is to create the ultimate wellness destination in the Caribbean, providing guests with an unparalleled opportunity to rejuvenate and connect.”
