Western Air Is Adding New Flights to The Bahamas

Fort Lauderdale-based Western Air is expanding again in The Bahamas, Caribbean Journal has learned.

Beginning later this month, Western Air will be kicking off a new nonstop flight between Fort Lauderdale and Freeport, Grand Bahama.

The new nonstop flights will start on Aug. 22, Bahamas tourism officials confirmed.

The best part? They’ll be operating every day.

Western Air has a growing network of destinations across The Bahamas, including Grand Bahama and Marsh Harbour, Abaco.
