Bahamas Real Estate: Luxury Market Holding Strong as Nassau, Grand Bahama Stay Hot

Post-Covid and midway through 2024, The Bahamas real estate market continues to hold at a new peak.

“The prices we’ve seen since 2021 and up until now, specifically in the luxury market, they’ve shot up quite and a bit and they are holding,” John Christie, president and managing broker of H.G. Christie Ltd., tells Caribbean Journal. “Our sales numbers are slightly down mid-year, but our prices are holding due to a lack of inventory.”
