In the wake of Hurricane Beryl, Saint Lucia has received an “all clear” from the National Emergency Management Organization.

In other words, the island is open for business once again.

The Saint Lucia Hospitality and Tourism Association has reported that hotels have fared well and will continue to welcome guests.

All guests are properly cared for and are safe within their respective accommodations.

The road network has been deemed safe to traverse, and the electricity grid remains intact and there are no reports of interruptions to the water supply.

Saint Lucia’s Hewanorra International Airport and George F.L. Charles Airport, following assessment, resumed normal operations with arrivals and departures on Tuesday July 2.

In an effort to improve airport processing times, passengers with updated reservations are encouraged to check in three hours prior to departure.

Travelers without a reservation are encouraged to contact the airline before proceeding to the airports.
