It’s Getting Easier to Fly to the Island of St Kitts
The Eastern Caribbean island of St Kitts is hotter than ever, from its world-famous music festival to a booming farm-to-table movement.
And that’s led a number of major airlines to ramp up service to the destination.
So how are the big carriers making it easier to visit St Kitts right now?

For the summer, American Airlines is running its nonstop flights from both Charlotte and New York JFK to St Kitts, with a full schedule through at least August. 31, before resuming Nov. 2 for 10 months.
This summer, American Airlines has also added larger-capacity planes for both its Miami and Charlotte flights.
This winter, that trend will continue.
On Dec. 5, American Airlines will be doubling its Miami-St Kitts flights, with the expansion running throughout the winter season all the way to March 31, 2024.

A few weeks later on Dec. 21, Delta Air Lines will be launching a significant new nonstop flights between New York and Basseterre.
That will operate once-weekly on Saturdays, with flights running all the way through April 19.
That all complements the new JetBlue nonstop service that kicked off from New York to St Kitts last year.
In other words, airlift to the island has never been better.
