This Puerto Rico Resort Just Named a New Executive Chef
One of Puerto Rico’s top resorts has named a new executive chef, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico has named Chef Luiz Quezada to the role, in which he will oversee the resort’s 17 different dining concepts.
Quezada, who began his career at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, was most recently a task force chef for Marriott International.

The 579-room resort is set right near the El Yunque rainforest.
