Barbie is coming to The Bahamas. The Bahamas’ Atlantis Paradise Island is set to unveil a new “Barbie” experience in partnership with toy company Mattel.
Beginning Memorial Day weekend, the “Barbie Bahamas Beach Vacation: Where Atlantis Dreams Come True” will kick off, the first of its kind in the wider Caribbean.
The program will include everything from Barbie-themed guest rooms to pool cabanas and a Barbie cafe, along with a Barbie “walk-through” experience and even pink dishes and drinks.
“Barbie Bahamas Beach Vacation: Where Atlantis Dreams Come True marks the collaboration of two iconic brands in family experiences and entertainment,” says Audrey Oswell, President and Managing Director of Atlantis Paradise Island. “Atlantis is the backdrop for lifelong family memories, and Barbie has an indelible impact that spans generations. We could not be prouder to launch this landmark partnership and continue to craft unforgettable moments for our guests and locals alike.”
So where Barbie be at the resort?
A number of rooms at the Coral hotel will go full Barbie: think pink walls, shell-shaped pillows, disco balls and even special selfie-themed mirror decals.
The pool at The Coral will include a Barbie lounge, along with special Barbie cabanas.
