St Maarten’s top all-inclusive family-friendly resort has unveiled a new dining concept, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The Sonesta Maho Beach Resort, Casino and Spa has officially debuted the new Cantina Paradiso, a Mexican-inspired eatery.
The restaurant, led by Chef Francisco Almonte, is a colorful, bright eatery in an al fresco, water-view setting.
Menus range from classic shareable bits like tortilla chips and ceviche to tacos, burritos and seafood.
There’s also dessert, including peanut brownies, roasted pineapple and churros.
