In Nassau, a Culinary Celebration of Mexico

The Rosewood Baha Mar is hosting a culinary celebration of Dia de Los Muertos.

Nassau’s Baha Mar resort is hosting a big Dia de Los Muertos celebration this week, focusing on the culinary world of Mexico.

The Rosewood Baha Mar is bringing in Anastacia Quiñones-Pittman, the executive chef of Texas restaurant Jose, for a week of culinary experiences celebrating the time-honored Mexican tradition. 

Quiñones-Pittman and her team will be joining forces with Juan Meza, chef at the resort’s Costa restaurant, for a family-style menu that features dishes like Xnipec Herb Guacamole, Lobster Tetela Oaxaca-Style, Halibut with Dulce de Calabaza, and Choco Flan. 

The event will be held every night from Oct. 31 to Nov. 5. 

The event is priced at $135, with an optional mezcal flight at $210 per person.
