But getting to Virgin Gorda hasn’t always been a glamorous experience. Until now.
Enter Tradewind Aviation, the luxury airline that operates routes to some of the most sought-after hotspots in the Northeast and the Caribbean, which is now making it easier than ever to get to Virgin Gorda.
Beginning Nov. 16, Tradewind will be running nonstop scheduled service between San Juan, Puerto Rico and Virgin Gorda, a flight that takes just 35 minutes.
The regularly-scheduled service on Tradewind’a Pilatus PC12 aircraft, with pressured, air-conditioned cabins, hand-stitched leather seats, room for eight and snacks and beverages, among other touches.
Travelers also have access to Tradewind’s VIP lounge at San Juan’s Luis Munoz Marin International Airport.
The route also opens up easy connections on Tradewind’s interline partners like American Airlines and United Airlines and their vast network of flights to Puerto Rico.
It’s another new route for Tradewind, which operates the premier schedule service between San Juan and St Barth, along with serving destinations like Anguilla and Antigua, along with charter service across the Caribbean.
Most recently, Tradewind announced plans to open a base in South Florida, one that will open up charter service to the nearby islands of The Bahamas.
