Bonaire’s Sonrisa boutique hotel is getting a new look, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The Sonrisa Bonaire is renovating its suites, part of a broader upgrade project at the resort.
That includes newly-upgraded bathrooms, updated furniture and an expanded restaurant (The latter is now open to non-guests).
The resort says it also improved its diving center, with a new professional diving washing facility built according to STINAPA guidelines.
The resort has also added new air and nitrox diving tanks and a new, special selection of rental cars.
The 10-suite, tropical-style hotel is set right near the island’s international airport.
