The newest Caribbean super yacht marina is in the heart The Bahamas.
The highly-anticipated transformation of the storied Hurricane Hole Marina on Paradise Island is complete.
The longtime yacht destination was completely renovated, with new amenities, new technology and a mixed-use destination.
The renovation means arriving yachts can now tie up more than 6,100 linear feet of deepwater concrete docks, both floating and fixed.
The new marina also has a 240-foot-wide turning basin, with a depth of 14.5 feet below average low tide.
Boat slip rentals and sales are available, the development team told Caribbean Journal.
Amenties at the marina include a pool, fitness facilities and even a soon-to-debut captain’s lounge and gym facilities.
The marina is also home to Sterling Commons, a mixed-use center that includes a private bank, a 700 Wine and Spirits, executive offices rentable daily or monthly, and residential, retail, and dining concepts.
The marina is an approved port of entry, with on-site customs clearance.
On the horizon is a residential community called Paradise Landing, which will be a collection of dockside residences.
