Fast-expanding eatery Bagatelle, best known for its brunch hotspots in New York and St Barth, has opened its doors in Los Cabos.
The new eatery is set at the Breathless Resort and Spa, designed by noted architect Filipao Nunes.
The menu, conceived by corporate executive chef Rocco Seminara and executive chef Marco Estrada, features everything from tacos with Black Angus beef tartare to fried mozzarella expands.
It’s the second Bagatelle in Mexico, joining the existing Bagatelle Tulum.
“Bagatelle is reinforcing its presence in the Americas,” the company said in a statement.
