A top boutique resort has been sold in Turks and Caicos, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned.

The East Bay resort, an all-inclusive boutique resort on the island of South Caicos in Turks and Caicos, was sold to JEM Worldwide, a Cayman Islands-based company.
