The Bahamas’ Riu Palace Paradise Island is back, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The Paradise Island all-inclusive officially reopened in May, according to The Bahamas’ Ministry of Tourism.
The adults-only all-inclusive resort is set adjacent to the Atlantis Paradise Island resort complex on Paradise Island.
In 2017, the Riu underwent a broad transformation project that transformed the resort into an adults-only property.
It’s one of two all-inclusive resorts on Paradise Island, along with the already-open Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas.
The Bahamas is open for tourism; the country recently updated its protocols to waive testing requirements for vaccinated travelers.
