Margaritaville’s Caribbean expansion will continue this summer with the launch of the new Margaritaville Beach Resort in Nassau, The Bahamas.
The new Jimmy Buffett-inspired resort is lated to open in July 2021 on the eastern end of Junkanoo Beach.
The resort is joined by a residential component called One Particular Harbour that is already open.

The property, part of the development called The Pointe, includes two towers comprising 300 rooms (including 68 suites), along with a 40-slip marina.
That’s along with 12 dining concepts, from the JWB Prime Steak and Seafood to the Graycliff Sky Lounge; the latter is a brand expansion of Nassau’s premier luxury boutique hotel, Graycliff Hotel and Restaurant.
The resort is part of a growing resort portfolio in the Caribbean for Margaritaville.

That includes last year’s launch of the Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Cancun, which is the product of a partnership with Karisma Hotels and Resorts; another Margaritaville Island Reserve will open later this summer in Cap Cana, Dominican Republic.
Both of those properties are all-inclusive, while the Nassau resort is an EP hotel.

And a second Margaritaville Beach Resort will open in Belize later this year.
The Bahamas is currently open for tourism; here’s what you need to know before visiting.
