Four Seasons is planning to open a new resort in Mexico in 2021, the company said this week.
The new Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, Mexico is anticipating an opening in “late 2021,” according to a company statement.
The property, set on 2,000 acres of an eco-reserve on the Pacific coast of Mexico, will be a “contemporary cliffside resort,” with amenities including a golf club and access to “multiple beaches and private coves.”
The golf club is the existing 18-hole Tamarindo golf course designed by David Fleming.
It will be the company’s second resort in Mexico, joining the existing Four Seasons Punta Mita.
The company also operates a hotel in Mexico City.
