Belize’s Sirenian Bay Resort and Villas is planning to reopen Nov. 1, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The Placencia-area, all-inclusive boutique resort has also added 12 new bungalows for what the property is calling “coastal distancing.”
The property’s accommodations consist of 12 bungalows and three villas, each of which has its own private pool and outdoor living area.
Sirenian Bay is also working on the development of a nearby private island off the coast of Placencia to be used for guest experiences.
The hotel will reopen as one of the Belizean government’s “Gold Standard” approved properties, following the country’s tourism reopening on Oct. 1.
