One of Antigua’s top culinary destinations is reopening this month, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The popular Catherine’s Cafe on Pigeon Point Beach reopens on Oct. 17.
It’s one of two eateries in Antigua by Rocks Group, with the other being the renowned Sheer Rocks.
Initially, Catherine’s Cafe will be open for lunch five days per week, with the eatery’s beloved brunch and full lunch and dinner menus to return in the near future.
Wednesdays and Fridays will offer dinner, with Jazz Night on Wednesdays and Moules Frites Night on Fridays.
The eatery has also announced the appointment of a new lead chef, Omar.
