San Juan, Puerto Rico Penthouse Sells for $3.4 Million

A four-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom penthouse in San Juan, Puerto Rico’s hip Condado Beach neighborhood has been sold for $3.4 million, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned. 

Unit 901 at the Acquamarina condominium at 1315 Ashford Avenue sold for a record-breaking $693.03 per square foot, according to Oriana Juvelier, vice president and broker at Puerto Rico Sotheby’s International Realty, which had the listing on the property.
