Caribbean Airlines is adding a new destination: Grand Cayman.
The Trinidad-based Caribbean carrier is launching a new twice-weekly flight between Kingston, Jamaica and Grand Cayman, it announced this week in a statement.
The flights will operate on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
“Grand Cayman is a welcomed addition to our schedule as we continue our mission to connect the Caribbean,” said Garvin Madeira, chief executive officer of Caribbean Airlines. “We are excited to offer our customers more choice and more destinations for leisure and business travel with the startup of our service between Kingston and Grand Cayman in October.”
The new flights mean the addition of 300 seats per week in both markets.
“We are working closely with our valued stakeholders in Grand Cayman and Kingston to ensure the route is a success,” Madeira said.
