Princess Cruises has completed a renovation project at its Princess Cays private island on the southern tip of Eleuthera in The Bahamas.
The 40-acre beach has added a new marina, including a new channel and turning basin depth to accommodate larger tenders and smoother disembarkation.
It’s also added a new information booth, a new guest services station, extensive landscaping and refitted beach bungalows.
Princess Cays has also added several new excursions, including a lagoon clear-bottom kayaking adventure; an island bicycle adventure and a stingray beach encounter.
“For more than 25 years, Princess guests have lauded Princess Cays as one of their favorite spots on their Caribbean cruise,” said Jan Swartz, Princess Cruises president. “With new and improved island offerings and the addition of MedallionNet Wi-Fi ashore, guests enjoy a memorable beach experience and can easily share their adventures with friends and family back home or stream their favorite show or sports event while relaxing beachside.”
