Looking to experience one of the Caribbean’s most energetic carnival celebrations?

Think about Haiti, where the country’s national carnival is returning to the capital, Port-au-Prince, from Feb. 11 to Feb. 13.

This year’s celebration is being held under the theme “Ayiti sou wout chanjman,” or “Haiti on the road to change.”
