All-Inclusive Royalton Bavaro Opens Doors in Dominican Republic

Fast-growing all-inclusive brand has opened another resort in the Caribbean, this time in Punta Cana.
Royalton has officially opened the new Royalton Bavaro on the beautiful Arena Gorda in the Dominican Republic’s tourism hub.
Royalton Bavaro includes 730 accommodations, featuring everything from rain showers to two-person soaker tubs and “dreambed” mattresses.
The family-friendly resort also includes the Royal Spa, free Wi-Fi across the property, a 1,200-foot-long lazy river and an on-site splash park for kids.
That’s joined by the FlowRider surfing simulator and a nine-hole mini golf course, the first of its kind for the company.
Dining options will range from a beach buffet to the company’s first ever rodizio, a Brazilian steakhouse, with a total of nine restaurants on the property.
The new Bavaro resort adds to Royalton’s already-large footprint in the country, which includes CHIC By Royalton, Royalton Punta Cana and the recently-opened Hideaway at Royalton Punta Cana (the latter is an adults-only property).
It’s part of a wider expansion push that has seen a wave of new resorts across the Caribbean region, including in Jamaica and St Lucia.
