Caribbean Home: How You Can Own a Piece of Goldeneye
Own a piece of the birthplace of Bond
By the Caribbean Journal staff
James Bond was born in the Caribbean, in the mind of creator Ian Fleming, who owned a villa called Goldeneye in Jamaica.
Today, of course, the villa is a top resort operated by Island Outposts.
But the property is now launching a real estate component, meaning the opportunity to buy a piece of Bond’s birthplace.
Cottages and villas available range from 722 square feet to 1,570 square feet and range in price from $1.25 million to $2.75 million, according to Island Outpost.
Owners will have full access to resort amenities; the homes are furnished with all locally-made furniture.
