St Lucia’s Sugar Beach, a Viceroy Resort has launched a new real estate opportunity called the Glenconner Residences.
The project is comprised of six four-to-six-bedroom homes designed by architect Lane Pettigrew.
The properties “combine the very best in outdoor and indoor living, with plentiful terraces and spacious, sun-filled living areas for elegant, yet relaxed dining and entertaining,” according to the project.
The resort says the homes offer the “once-in-a-lifetime chance to have a home in a UNESCO World Heritage Site.”
