The Parrot Cay by Como resort and development in the Turks and Caicos Islands is adding to its real estate offering.

The property has announced construction of four new beach houses that will be available for purchase at its Parrot Cay Estate.

The new three-bedroom homes will each be 6,280 square feet, with completion slated for the end of 2016.

The properties will be located on North Shore Beach on Parrot Cay, with private infinity pools, outdoor decks, open-plan living and 115 feet of beach frontage.
