It’s one of the most sought-after resorts in the Caribbean: Palm Island, the private-island resort in the Grenadines.
Now you can own a piece of it.
Villa Almviva, along with its Rum Corner Guest House, are up for sale for $11 million, according to Christie’s International Real Estate, which has the listing on the property. (Jason Applewhite in Barbados has the listing.)
The nine-bedroom, eight bathroom property has 270 degree ocean views, its own private beach and even a small lagoon.
The property recently completed a renovation project.
And since you’re on a private island, the home comes with its own fully-equipped power generator and 14,000 gallons of water storage.
When do we leave?
