Cayman, Argentina Sign Tax Agreement

The Cayman Islands and Argentina have entered into a Tax Information Exchange Agreement, following a signing ceremony today.

“The Cayman Islands recognises the value in strengthening its relationships with Argentina and other Latin American countries,” said Premier McKeeva Bush. “Signing this agreement underpins our commitment to building this relationship and boosting the Cayman Islands’ reputation in the Latin American region, thereby ensuring that we remain a favorable and transparent international financial centre.”

At the end of September, Cayman signed a TIEA with China.

The Cayman Islands now has similar agreements with 27 countries.
