There’s a new adults-only resort option coming to the island of Providenciales in Turks and Caicos, Caribbean Journal has learned.

Turks and Caicos’ Beach House boutique resort will become an adults-only property beginning Dec. 30, according to Kevin Matier, director of sales and marketing at the Turks and Caicos Collection, a portfolio of three resorts in Provo including the Blue Haven Resort, the Beach House and the Alexandra Resort.

The boutique Beach House, which has a total of just 21 suites, will be adults-only for ages and older and, perhaps more importantly, will also be an all-inclusive.

Yes, the Beach House has also announced a new all-inclusive experience, including meals, drinks, Wi-Fi, an in-room stocked fridge, tax and service and access to each of the company’s sister resorts.

The all-suite property, which bills itself as “Caribbean-meets-the-Hamptons,” has a mix of oceanfront rooms and garden units, all of which have flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi and kitchenettes with dining nooks.

The suites range from one to two bedrooms and all exceed 1,000 square feet in size.

That includes the property’s two restaurants, Kitchen 218 and the Beach Deck — and guests can also dine around at the Turks and Caicos Collection’s seven restaurants and eight bars across its three resorts.

Guests at the Beach House have private sun beds and umbrellas at the beach assigned to each suite, along with the use of kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles and the fitness room, along with a free form pool with lounge chairs.

The adults-only all-inclusive experience is something of a rarity among Turks and Caicos resorts, where all-inclusive options remain few aside from the family-friendly Beaches (a Sandals Resorts International brand) and the Providenciales outpost of Club Med.
