It took two years and approximately seven million dollars, but now Jamaica’s classic clothing-optional all-inclusive resort, Hedonism II, has a new look as one of the premier destinations for nude beaches.

Updates to the 35-year-old Negril resort include a redesign of the lobby and the addition of a new restaurant, Flame chop house, as well as a new wine bar and espresso bar.

The popular gathering place, The Courtyard, has been outfitted with contemporary furniture and complimentary Wi-Fi; and the beach grills on both the “nude” and “prude” side of the property have been upgraded, as have the dining room, performance stage, main bar and pool.

“We are thrilled to finally have guests experience Hedonism II’s fresh and sexy new look,” said Hedonism II’s General Manager, Kevin Levee. “Our goal was to provide a sophisticated and modern atmosphere for our guests while still preserving the fun and laidback energy ‘Hedo’ is known for. Based on the feedback so far, I’d say we achieved that.“
