Velas Resorts Is Expanding

Mexico’s Velas Resorts is adding another new all inclusive Mexico retreat.

The Grand Velas Los Cabos will debut in Mexico’s Baja Peninsula in November 2016, the company announced this week.

The $150 million resort project is the fifth property of the company.

It will include 306 ocean-view suites, all with more than 1,180 square feet, private terraces and personal plunge pools.

It will also include a 19,375-square-foot spa with 20 treatment rooms, three pools and a fitness center, among other amenities.

Velas already operates resorts in the Riviera Maya, Riviera Nayarit and Puerto Vallarta.

Its Grand Velas Riviera Maya resorts has frequently made it to the top of CJ’s rankings and the best Riviera Maya resorts.
