Regional carrier LIAT has a new flight between Antigua and San Juan.
The new service, which launched Tuesday, will operate every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
The nighttime flight departs Antigua at 8:25 PM and arrives in Antigua just after midnight the following day.
“This new flight will allow Antiguan customers to take LIAT’s morning flight to San Juan, enjoy a full day in Puerto Rico for shopping or business and take advantage of a same day return flight back to Antigua,” the company said in a statement.
There are now 10 nonstop flights between Antigua and San Juan per week, as well as daily service via Tortola.
