Holiday Inn Resort Montego Bay has announced the re-launch of its annual Hurricane Guarantee.

The program at the all-inclusive hotel provides consumer purchase protection in two forms during the Atlantic hurricane season.

Pre-vacation protection will offer guests holding confirmed reservations with nonrefundable deposits the opportunity to rebook their reservations for a future stay without penalty in the case of a Category One or higher hurricane, the hotel said in a statement.

A one-level room upgrade will also be provided depending on space availability.

For guests already on the property in the event of a Category One or higher hurricane, Hurricane Guarantee’s mid-vacation protection program will provide them with a certificate valid for a free future stay, valid to the number of days that hotel options are interrupted by the storm.

The certificates must be redeemed within one calendar year from the date of issue, and will be subjected to the constrains of space availability and certain blackout dates.
