Coral Hospitality has added Balcones del Atlantico of Las Terrenas, Samana to its luxury Xeliter brand portfolio.

The property is located on the Samana peninsula in the Dominican Republic.

CHC specializes in the management and marketing of quality five-star properties totaling over 2000 rooms.

“Xeliter represents and adds to what the country has to offer, luxury properties like Balcones del Atlantico, which enrich and enhance the diversity of our holiday product,” said CHC President Julio Llibre.

Llibre and Balcones del Atlantico President Máximo Bisonó signed the agreement for the deal at the office of the Association of Hotels and Tourism of the Dominican Republic.

“With the entry of Xeliter to Balcones del Atlantico, the property will achieve greater efficiency in the administration of the complex for the benefit of the owners of the units,” said Bisonó. “The Coral Group has extensive experience in the management of such operations in other national destinations.”
