Caribbean Home: A Country Villa in the Hills of Nevis

The latest Caribbean Home heads to the island of Nevis to the “3.5 Seasons” property.

The villa, located 600 feet above sea level in the island’s Hamilton Estate section, has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a one-bedroom/one-bathroom guest cottage.

It’s a throwback to what the property describes as “country chic,” a home at one with the rural charm that defines this tiny Caribbean island.

But the highlight just might be the marvelously landscaped garden, set with a variety of trees on terraced levels with stone walls.

As for the name, it’s a nod to the island’s famous Four Seasons Resort.

“Not quite the Four Seasons, but pretty close!” The owner says.

The property is listed with Nevishouses.com for $925,000 USD.
